Discover emerging brands, thoughtful products,
and new business possibilities from across Asia—all in one place.
For ten years, POPUPASIA® has brought together creative brands, buyers, retailers, media,
and industry partners from across Asia.
This year, from November 12–15, 2026, POPUPASIA® returns to Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in Taipei for its 10th anniversary, bringing together original brands and creative communities from Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, and beyond.
But POPUPASIA® is more than a four-day exhibition.
It is also a place where brands and businesses meet, test new market possibilities, discover products, and begin collaborations that can continue long after the exhibition ends.
In previous editions, participating brands have connected with corporate partners and moved on to opportunities such as VIP and employee gifting, corporate gift procurement, retail placement, consignment, and other commercial collaborations.
For buyers, companies, media, and invited guests, this year’s exhibition offers another opportunity to discover what is next in Asian lifestyle and design—and meet the people behind it.
Why Visit POPUPASIA® 2026?
Whether you are looking for the next brand to introduce to your market, searching for new stories and creative perspectives, or simply want to stay connected with Asia’s evolving lifestyle scene, this year’s exhibition brings together new possibilities from Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, and beyond.
Discover New Brands Before Everyone Else
POPUPASIA® has always been a place where original ideas become tangible products.
Across fashion, textiles, homeware, craft, fragrance, accessories, food culture, and contemporary lifestyle design, visitors can meet independent creators and discover brands with distinctive identities, strong cultural roots, and growing market potential.
For buyers and retail partners, it is an opportunity to explore products in person, understand the story behind each brand, and identify potential collaborations that go beyond a single purchase order.
01 | LOCAL TO LOCAL
Discover Contemporary Japanese Craftsmanship Through a New Lens

How can traditional craftsmanship become part of contemporary everyday life?
This question sits at the heart of LOCAL TO LOCAL, a special showcase connecting regional culture, local materials, craftsmanship, and modern design.
One of the participating partners is TRUNK DESIGN, a Kobe-based creative company dedicated to bringing the beauty of Japanese craftsmanship to a wider audience through contemporary ideas and design.
Rather than presenting craft only as something to admire, its approach explores how traditional techniques can naturally become part of the way we live today.

One example is incense designed around a simple idea:
“Just the right size to make you want to use it every day.”
Easy to use, thoughtfully proportioned, and made for everyday life, the product transforms incense from something reserved for special occasions into a small daily ritual.
It reflects what contemporary Japanese design often does best: bringing together craftsmanship, function, simplicity, and emotional value.
For buyers and corporate partners, these products also offer new possibilities for curated retail, corporate gifting, lifestyle selection, and cross-market collaboration.
02 | Chiang Mai Selection
JING JAI by Central Group Comes to Taiwan for the First Time
This year, another major highlight comes from Chiang Mai, Thailand.
The JING JAI team under Thailand’s Central Group will make its first appearance in Taiwan, bringing together 30+ original Thai brands and introducing the creative energy of contemporary Chiang Mai to Taipei.
The selection captures a side of Thai lifestyle that feels natural, expressive, and effortlessly relaxed.
Among the featured makers is Chana Pottery Studio, known for its handcrafted ceramics from Chiang Mai.

With slightly irregular forms, tactile clay surfaces, and the distinctive character of handmade craftsmanship, its pieces bring the relaxed rhythm of Sabai Sabai into everyday life.
They are objects designed not only to be used, but also to shape an atmosphere.
For retailers, hospitality businesses, corporate buyers, and lifestyle curators, this creates an opportunity to discover products that carry a strong sense of place while still fitting naturally into contemporary spaces and consumer lifestyles.
The Chiang Mai showcase also continues POPUPASIA®’s growing connection with Thailand following the SABAI SABAI project, creating more opportunities for brands and businesses to build relationships across cities and markets.
03 | More Than Product Discovery

POPUPASIA® offers a space to meet brands directly, understand their stories and capabilities, and begin conversations that may lead to longer-term collaboration.
For participating brands, the exhibition is also an opportunity to test the market, receive feedback, meet potential buyers, and explore new channels.
For buyers and businesses, it is a chance to discover distinctive products before they become familiar names in the wider market.
Why Visit POPUPASIA® This Year? ❀
POPUPASIA® has spent the past decade connecting independent creators with wider markets.
This year, our 10th anniversary brings those connections together on an even broader Asian scale.
From Kyoto and Kobe to Chiang Mai and Taipei, visitors can discover how local culture, craftsmanship, materials, and contemporary design are evolving across different Asian cities.
Beyond the exhibition itself, POPUPASIA® continues to connect brands with opportunities through:
SELL
Exhibitions, buyers, retail channels, corporate gifting, and product sourcing.
GROW

GO ASIA
Connections across Japan, Thailand, Macau, and other Asian markets through cross-border initiatives such as LOCAL TO LOCAL.
